There’s no doubt that Friends Thanksgiving episodes are responsible for some of the best scenes and one-liners from the massively hit show. And so, the perfect way to get into the Thanksgiving spirit is, binge the sitcom while the turkey and other dishes are still in the oven. To help you prioritize your exclusive “Friends” sesh, we went ahead and compiled evert Friends Thanksgiving episode that you must watch if you haven’t already.

The One With All the Thanksgivings (Season 5)
Thanksgivings
Also known as “The Flashback Episode” this one is by far the most favourite episode of all the Friends fans! It’s jam-packed with not only witty jokes but also tons of Friends folklore. Not in on to much of the present-day Thanksgiving because they all are stuffed from another one of Monica’s legendary Thanksgiving dinner, so all they can do is, reminiscence about their worst Thanksgivings. This episode is a complete whirlwind of the emotions; you can’t help but fall in love with every character of this magnificent series all over again. The episode later takes an exciting turn into a cornucopia of humiliation. You’ll witness the origin story of Chandler’s eternal hatred for Thanksgiving. And rightly so, his parents announced they’re divorcing at the table because his father was sleeping with the “houseboy” just as that the very houseboy joyously asks young Chandler “More turkey. Mr Chandler?”. In another revelation, we see young-adult Monica attempt to seduce young-adult Chandler but instead inadvertently cut off his toe, which somehow has never come before on previous five seasons of Friends. And, of course, how can we forget about the famous Monica and Joey with a turkey stuck on their head.

The One Where Ross Got High (Season 6)

When Geller parents decide to come over for Thanksgiving feast, Monica finds herself in complete chaos as she figures out how to tell them they live together. Given the fact that Geller parents don’t like Chandler because they think he smoked pot in college when in reality it was all Ross. And somehow blame his best friend to avoid the drama. Things get trickier and evening leads to Monica and Ross screaming on top of their lungs, secrets about each other to their parents (to be honest, they seriously spilt some piping hot tea). Ross has to admit to his parents that he was the one who smoked pot in college, not Chandler. Rachel screwing up her dessert trifle, Phoebe announcing her newfound love for Jacques Cousteau, and Joey declaring that he just wants to leave.

The One With Chandler in a Box (Season 4)
The One With Chandler in a Box
This Thanksgiving was very different from the past ones, as everyone was having weird and strange sex and love problems, which manifest in a collection of plot breakthroughs, a combination of incest gags, sight gags and much more. Amid everything, Monica gets into Tim Burke, the son of her ex-boyfriend Richard Burke. Also, you’ll see a more matured version of Joey; he punished Chandler for kissing girlfriend, Joey makes his roommate/best friend spend six hours of Thanksgiving in a locked huge wooden box. What makes this episode funny is when Chandler started making jokes from a box the entire episode is just so laughable and humorous at the same time.

The One With the Rumour (Season 8)

This whole episode is filled with a total conundrum; there’s so much going on in this one. It aired in 2001, making it a major TV event and a triumph of stunt casting. Monica invites to dinner an old friend from high school, Will, who was such a lout back in the day, even Ross couldn’t keep up! Well, Will, got super-hot after graduation, so attractive that all the ladies in the room couldn’t keep their eyes off of him—portrayed by Brad Pitt, who at the time was married to the famous and the most loveable character of Friends Jennifer Aniston. Will divulge that, because Rachel was such a mean girl back in school, he was the one who started the rumour that she has both male and female sexual organs. That’s not it though! plot twist is, Ross helped spread the rumour, so that originated a rift between him and Rachel. Also, Joey tries to eat a whole turkey and that too all by himself, because he is a Tribbiani.

The One With the Football (Season 3)

This episode is for all sports enthusiasts. Competitive sports fans will especially love Ross and Monica’s intense rivalry over the sport. Most of Friends Thanksgiving episodes of Friends are what TV people call “bottle episodes” everything happens for a short period. However, in this one, you’ll experience a huge chunk of the episode based in action outside the apartment, for a change. Instead of watching football on TV, they all decided to play against each other, despite Monica and Ross being “banned” from the game after fighting for the “Geller Cup” when they were younger. The game takes an exciting turn when Joey and Chandler find themselves competing for the Dutch girl. In due course, the teams switch to girls versus boys, with Monica and Ross getting more and more belligerent in their hunt for the infamous Geller Cup, which was later on revealed as a Troll doll nailed to a block of wood. All in all, whether you’re a fan of this amusing, funny and scintillating sitcom, these are the episodes you should watch this Thanksgiving without a doubt. Plus, if you are a diehard Friends fan, you can also buy its merch and accessories like Christmas tree ornaments, apparel and other accessories by using Thanksgiving voucher codes and Thanksgiving discount codes.
